Marx Essay TopicsThe term 'Marx Essay Topics' may not mean the same thing to you as it does to me. I'd guess that you would have a better idea of what a Marx essay topic would be like. For example, a three paragraph essay would probably fit the bill, but would not be nearly as appealing to those who are more likely to read fiction and more likely to search for the primary keywords in the title.In most cases, a three paragraph essay would include three basic principles and three introductory points. One paragraph would offer an analysis of a particular issue and why it was important, followed by a review of one's own intellectual traditions, followed by an analysis of the history of the particular issue, followed by a conclusion. The other paragraphs would be a historical survey of the events surrounding the initial problem area that you wished to discuss, with some advice for practical steps to solve that specific problem. However, there are many exceptions to this, such as education , however, we are discussing a three paragraph essay topic here.Most writers who are content with a three-paragraph essay will agree that the three possible topics could easily be listed. There are also a lot of others who would actually argue that there are hundreds of essay topics that could be written on. But is this actually a useful guide for the creation of a proper essay? Well, in my opinion, it could be useful, but again, with a three-paragraph format in mind.Some writers really like to analyze different problems in a variety of ways, and for that reason, could go on discussing how the main issues in each scenario would probably fit into their argumentation. This is actually fine for those who are interested in making more than one point. However, when you are trying to write a three paragraph essay, the one and only point that you should consider is the actual problem area. It really is that simple.You may want to discuss an interesting history or a key phrase from a famous philosopher. These are all possible topics to consider, but you want to be clear in your argumentation as to which one is most likely to engage the reader's attention. You may find it very helpful to start out with a brief outline of your research, then continue with your thesis. Only once you have a good plan, then and only then can you turn your attention to more concrete topics.There are also a lot of interesting topics to consider in a history essay and the two I mentioned earlier, as well as everything that I previously mentioned. But when you do begin to tackle these other topics, keep in mind that you should develop a plan first, before you start writing. In this way, you may begin to see that essays will create the desired impact and which ones will not.You may realize that with these basic principles in mind, you should be able to come up with a Marx essay topic that will appeal to your readers. You may even begin to think of a few of your own original ideas, just to enter tain yourself. Hopefully this has given you some idea of the potential of a Marx essay topic.

US Budget Deficit History

The budget deficit is the difference between the money the federal government takes in, called receipts, and what it spends, called outlays  each year. The U.S. government has run a multibillion-dollar deficit almost every year in modern history, spending much more than it takes in. The opposite of a budget deficit, a budget surplus, occurs when the government’s revenue exceeds current expenditures resulting in an excess of money that can be used as needed. In fact, the government has recorded budget  surpluses in only five years since 1969, most of them under Democratic President Bill Clinton.   In all-too-rare times when revenue equals spending, the budget is called â€Å"balanced.†Ã‚   Adds to National Debt Running a budget deficit adds to the national debt and, in the past, has forced Congress to increase the debt ceiling under numerous presidential administrations, both Republican and Democrat, to allow the government to meet its statutory obligations. Although federal deficits have shrunk markedly in recent years, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projects that under current law increased spending for Social Security and major health care programs, like Medicare, along with increasing interest costs will cause the national debt to rise steadily over the long term. The larger deficits would cause federal debt to grow faster than the economy. By 2040, the CBO projects, the national debt will be more than 100% of the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and continue on an upward path— â€Å"a trend that cannot be sustained indefinitely,† notes the CBO.   Notice particularly the sudden jump in the deficit from $162 billion in 2007, to $1.4 trillion in 2009. This increase was due primarily to spending for special, temporary government programs intended to re-stimulate the economy during the great recession of that period. Budget deficits eventually tapered back down into the billions by 2013. But in August 2019, the CBO predicted the deficit would again surpass $1 trillion in 2020—three years earlier than it had originally expected. Economists do this by comparing the deficit to Gross Domestic Product (GDP)—the measure of the overall size and strength of the U.S. economy. This â€Å"debt-to-GDP ratio† is a ratio between the cumulative government debt and the GDP over time. A low debt-to-GDP ratio indicates that the nation’s economy is producing and selling enough goods and services to pay back the federal deficit without incurring further debt. In simple terms, a larger economy can sustain a larger budget, and thus a larger budget deficit. According to the Senate Budget Committee, in the fiscal year 2017, the federal deficit was 3.4% of GDP. For the fiscal year 2018, when the U.S. government operated under its largest budget in history, the deficit was estimated to be 4.2% of GDP.  Remember, the lower the debt-to-GDP percentage, the better. Clearly, the more you spend, the harder it is to pay back your debts.

Four works that susinctly bring the â€Å"miseducation† about African American history into the spotlight of the national public are Claude McKay’s â€Å"The Lynching†, Harriet Jacob’s â€Å"Incidents in the Life of A Slavegirl†, Gordon Park’s â€Å"Washington D.C. Charwoman†, and Spike Lee’s â€Å"School Daze.† All four works illustrate a common thread of the misconception of African-American life by blacks themselves, as well as Caucasians around them, that has been carried intact through many a generations in the history of the United States. The essay discusses about onycholysis, splinter haemorrhages and paronychia. Nail fungus is a chronic infection also called as onychomycosis. This infection is caused by dermatopytes (molds, ringworms, and yeasts) affecting finger and toe nails gradually destructing the nail plate. The symptoms of nail fungus involve orange/brown and white/yellow streaks or patches on the nails. In some cases it results in emission of foul smell causing onycholysis that is falling of nail from the nail bed (Becker and Bershow 2013). The causes of onycholysis are trauma, skin diseases, genetic factors, and other systemic diseases. Pseudomonas aeruginosais known to grow under the nails during onycholysis. This condition is treated with topical and oral therapy. Oral fungal therapy is effective method as it penetrates the nail plate and the nail bed. Oral medications that provide complete cure of nail infection terbinafine, fluconazole, itraconazolewhich stimulants the growth of new noninfected nail. Topical cream such as Efinaconazole (Jublia) and tavaborole (Kerydin) are appro ved by US FDA and are highly effective in curing onychomycosis. General practices for preventing of nail fungus are keeping nail dry, short and clean, use of breathable socks and other aesthetic maintenance (Iorizzo 2015). Splinter haemorrhages are another type nail disorder. These infections occur parallel to the long axis to or finger nails. It is commonly caused by infective endocarditis, haematological malignancy, severe anaemia, trauma and vasculitis such as systemic lupus erythematosus, polyarteritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. They appear as thin brown, red or reddish brown lines under the nails in the direction of the growth of the nails and look like splinter. There is no specific care for this nail condition. In some cases, it is indicated as abnormality such as when splinter haemorrhages are caused by onycholysis and it also occurs in patients with nail psoriasis. If splinters occur in multiple nails it is considered as systemic disorder. However, they are not painful due to which most people avoid while aesthetic treatment is required for some people. When splinters occur more frequently and in large numbers it is an indicative of connective tissue disorder. The splinter haemorrhages can per manently disappear when the nail infections resolves. The fungal infection must be treated with systemic or topical antifungal treatment. Antifungal ointments containing cortisone are commonly administered. Patients are advocated o eat food that are natural blood thinner (Haber et al. 2016). Paronychia is the nail disorder characterised by inflammation of the tissue surrounding the nail (Shafritz and Coppage 2014). It includes pus accumulation between the nail matrix and the cuticle resulting in redness, pain, swelling and tenderness in the area. Acute paronychia results from bacterial infection the common agent being Staphylococcus aureus. It can be treated non-surgically. The chronic paronychia results from psoriasis or eczema which is commonly caused by candidal infection and bacterial agents such as Pseudomonasspp. In the chronic condition erythema and oedemaare showed on the proximal and lateral nail folds. The common treatment includes administration of oral antifungal or topical steroids. Regular follow up is required to prevent deep-seated infections. Surgical method involves Swiss roll technique where the non-adherent dressing the nail fold is elevated and reflected proximally. For diabetic patients aggressive treatment approaches used. General management includ e using warm soaks and topical antifungal agents such as miconazole, ketoconazole or fluconazole are administered (Relhan et al. 2014).
